3.5T Tipper Van
Our own tipper van — available same day (only for appointments made before 10am) or next day across our full service area. Perfect for small to medium C&D collections from residential renovations, loft conversions, extensions, and smaller contractor jobs.

WEIGHT & CAPACITY
Payload up to 1,000–1,200kg per load. Dense materials like concrete and rubble reach the weight limit before the body looks full. Soil and wet clay: max ~600–750kg per load (roughly one third of a visually full body). Ideal for loads up to 1 tonne. Multiple trips available for larger volumes.
Skip Hire
Skips placed at your site for you to fill at your own pace. Available in 6, 8, 10, and 12-yard sizes. Ideal for ongoing works where waste builds over several days. A Waste Transfer Note is provided on collection.
SKIP SIZE GUIDE
4 yard (midi) — 1.5–2 tonnes: Small domestic jobs, bathroom strip-outs, single room clearances.
6 yard — 3–4 tonnes: Kitchen refurbs, loft clearances, groundwork arisings. Most popular for residential renovation.
8 yard — 4–6 tonnes: Room strip-outs, extension demolitions, medium groundworks. All our C&D materials accepted.
10 yard (builders) — 6–8 tonnes: Larger renovation projects, significant concrete or rubble volumes.
12 yard — 8–10 tonnes: Major demolition works, large excavations, commercial strip-outs.
Skip hire on a public highway requires a permit — we arrange this on your behalf
Grab Lorry
The most efficient solution for large-volume demolition rubble, bulk soil, and structural metal — clearing in one or two visits what would take many tipper runs. This service is subcontracted through our trusted partner operators.

Bulk excavated soil (17 05 04) · Large demolition rubble (17 01 07) · Structural scrap metal (17 04 07) · Concrete in volume. Ideal for jobs over 5 tonnes. Carries 8–14 tonnes per load.
WHEN TO USE
Groundworks generating over 5 tonnes of soil. Full demolitions. Pool excavations. Large landscaping. Commercial strip-outs with structural materials.
